Most of organizations world-wide, is trying to find out a way by which they can blast emails in bunch at one short or one click. There are no such online tools available in this industry yet.Webvtech has decided to develop this unique portal to simplify the solution for above problem. Emailer is an online application for doing mass emailing without getting your server spammed.It contains mainly following modules:
Upload members and make groups |
This is a tool we are offering to our registered members. The members who got registered should be able to upload their members and group them on certain criteria. Members will be able to manage their groups and members both after login to the system. |
Create and customize templates for newsletters |
The basic purpose of this portal is to make people enable to send out their daily or monthly newsletters to their target customers as a part of their organizational promotions. We are offering online newsletter creation tools by which they can create and customize newsletter templates. |

Send out newsletters to selected groups This is the tool we are offering to our registered members. Once the member gets registered and logged in to the system, he will select the groups to whom he wants to send out emails. As a second step, he will select newsletters he wants to send out and will click on button called blast my emails. As a result the select newsletter should be emailed to selected groups. |

Track all the activities |
We as admin, would like to track activities, report and database of our all the members. Admin control panel should allow admin to view usage logs, members’ database, members’ mailer reports, etc. |

Reporting toolMembers should be able to view mailer reports from portal. Mailer reports mainly contain of successful sent delivery report, failure delivery report and mail view repot (mail statistics). |
